1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Webhook Inspector service (the "Service") provided by PrivateCDN Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials (information or software) from the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Uploading malware or viruses
- Conducting denial of service attacks
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Implement usage limits or restrictions
- Block access from certain IP addresses or geographic locations
6. Webhook Data
You retain full ownership of your webhook data. We store your webhook data in order to provide the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and display your webhook data solely to provide the Service and improve our offerings.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PrivateCDN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PrivateCDN, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrivateCDN and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
10. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the billing frequency you select (monthly or annual). All prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Renewal subscriptions will automatically be charged to your billing method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing customers will not be affected by pricing changes until their next billing cycle.
11. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the remaining balance of your billing period. Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated after the current billing cycle ends, and your data will be deleted after 30 days.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of PrivateCDN or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes only. Any other use is prohibited without prior written permission from PrivateCDN.
14. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
